below we provide some general indications in order to allow you to better organize your holiday and allow us to meet your needs with the utmost care.
Info on prices and general conditions
The prices of our rooms are expressed in Euro and are per person and per day, in relation to the bed & breakfast service.
For minors there are reductions on the ordinary rate according to the following indications:
- 0 – 2 years: free;
- 3 – 8 years: 50% reduction;
- 9 – 12 years: -30% reduction.
The room cannot be occupied by a number of people, including infants, higher than that indicated at the time of booking.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the room and in the remaining rooms of the b & b and throw the butts from the windows and balconies.
Please note that the following services are included in the price:
- Daily room cleaning.
- Weekly change of bed and bath linen.
- Unattended external car park.
- Wifi connection.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax according to the rate in force at the time of the stay and as defined by a specific municipal provision. The tourist tax is paid upon departure.
Arrivals and departures
Accommodations are available for guests:
- from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- until 09:00 am on the day of departure.
Any changes in time must be agreed in advance.
Booking guarantee
The reservation is considered binding after crediting the agreed deposit and our written confirmation.

Terms of payment
The living room account can be paid as follows:
- Cash for total amounts of your stay of less than € 1,500.00. For higher amounts or for the difference the balance must be paid in advance.
- Bank transfer.
Cancellation terms
We inform you that in case of cancellation of the stay in less than 8 days before arrival or in case of failure to cancel, we reserve the right to charge you a sum equal to 60% of the total price.
